1. Zero tolerance

ESMG Interaction has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual solicitation or grooming of a minor, content that presents, promotes or facilitates abuse, and any conduct that puts a child at risk are strictly prohibited.

These standards apply to every user and to content published or exchanged through ESMG Interaction, including posts, comments, private messages and user profiles.

2. Reporting a concern

The coordinated backend and mobile release includes the reporting mechanisms below. They must not be considered available in production until that release has been deployed and verified.

The reporting flow covers four types of targets:

  • posts, from the post detail screen;
  • comments, including comments attached to posts or documents;
  • messages, from the message detail screen;
  • users, from the relevant public profile.

The specific Child safety reason is prioritised for moderator review. Reporters should provide a concise description and should not unnecessarily reproduce sensitive material.

3. Review and enforcement

Authorised administrators can review the report, its target and its restricted moderation history. Depending on the facts and the tools available, they may place a report under review, remove reported content, deactivate the relevant account, dismiss a report when it is not substantiated, or reopen a dismissed report.

Child-safety reports are prioritised. Moderation decisions and manual actions are recorded for restricted audit and follow-up purposes.

4. Escalation and applicable law

ESMG Interaction complies with applicable laws. After human review, an authorised administrator can record a manual escalation relating to child safety. Relevant situations may be reported to competent authorities or bodies where required by applicable law.

This process is not presented as automated and does not replace emergency services or official reporting channels.

5. Child safety contact

The dedicated safety mailbox is being verified. Until a public address is confirmed, please use the official contact methods available on ESMG Interaction.
